This dynamic and practical workshop brings Adena Bank Lees’ latest book, The 12 Healing Steps for Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse; A Practical Guide, alive through the use of action methods, small group exercises and didactic learning. You will experience and practice how to immediately implement and incorporate the 12 Healing Steps approach into your work with adult survivors.

Objectives
1. Participants will be able to identify the 12 healing steps for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
2. Participants will be able to demonstrate 1 way they can apply the 12 healing steps immediately into their practice.
3. Participants will experience 1 live demonstration.

This workshop is intended for Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychiatric Nurses, Professional Counselors, Substance Abuse Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists. This workshop is appropriate for beginning, intermediate and advanced level practitioners.

Faculty:
Adena Bank Lees, LCSW, LISAC, BCETS, is an adjunct faculty member of the Arizona Psychodrama Institute and leading expert in childhood sexual abuse treatment. As a sought after speaker and consultant, Adena has presented to and trained hundreds of mental health and allied professionals across the globe on sexual abuse and its relation to substance/process addictions, dissociation and eating disorders.

Dr. Marlo Archer, CP, PAT, is a co-founder of the Arizona Psychodrama Institute, a licensed psychologist, and a Practitioner Applicant for Trainer in psychodrama. Psychodrama students may receive up to 160 of their training hours from a PAT. Marlo Archer is an approved provider for NAADAC, NBCC, & NRCGP.
